1. Product Description
Chipshot is a digital gameplay assistance system for NBA 2K players using Cronus Zen. It only shapes controller inputs, does not modify game files or memory, does not automate gameplay, and requires active player input at all times. Chipshot is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after purchase.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Chipshot, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. Eligibility & Responsibility
By purchasing Chipshot, you confirm you are legally allowed to use third-party controller tools in your region, understand how to use a Cronus Zen device, and accept full responsibility for how you use the product. Chipshot is for personal use only; sharing or redistributing access is strictly prohibited.
No Guarantees & Fair Use
3. No Guarantees
Chipshot is an assist tool, not a performance guarantee. We do not guarantee green shots, wins, increased percentages, competitive success, or protection from bans. Results depend on player skill, shot selection, build, latency, and game mechanics. By purchasing, you accept outcomes will vary.
4. Fair Use & Game Policies
Chipshot does not modify NBA 2K or its files. However, NBA 2K and platform holders control their own enforcement. Use of any third-party tool is at your own risk. Chipshot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by 2K Sports, Take-Two, Sony, Microsoft, or any console maker.
5. Subscription Terms
Monthly: $70/month, auto-renews unless canceled. Cancel anytime via Whop. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
Lifetime (if offered): One-time payment for current features. Future updates may vary by plan.
Refund Policy & Chargebacks
6. Refund Policy (⚠️ Important)
Due to the digital nature of Chipshot and immediate access upon purchase:
Refunds are accepted within 8 hours of purchase only. After 8 hours, all sales are final. No refunds if script access is used, files downloaded, Discord access granted, or setup viewed. This prevents abuse and chargebacks. You agree to these terms by purchase.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in permanent termination, loss of access, and blacklisting. Contact support first—most issues can be resolved quickly.
8. Updates & Changes
Chipshot is actively developed. We reserve the right to update features, adjust balance, add/remove functions, or modify pricing for future customers. Existing subscribers retain access under the active plan.
Account, Limitation of Liability, Acceptance
9. Account Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for term violations, abuse, redistribution, or suspected fraud. No refunds for terminated accounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
Chipshot is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost games, missed shots, account penalties, hardware or software issues. Use is at your own risk.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood these terms, agree to this refund policy, and accept responsibility. If you do not agree, do not use Chipshot.
